Return Policy:

(a) General Policy. All new items (excluding "Final Sales") are eligible to be returned within 30 days of receipt so long as: (1) the item is both unworn and unused (2) all tags originally included on the item are attached and undamaged; (3) for skincare and cosmetics, the original packaging for the item (including any outer protection), has not been opened (4) swimwear is unworn, with the hygienic layers and all tags attached. Sune will provide you with a return shipping label, however, please note that returning an item or item(s) incur a return shipping fee of $8.95.

 

How can I request a return?

All returns must be initiated directly through sune. Please send an email to help@sune.live with the subject line “Return- {Order #, Last Name}”. Please include the order number and the item(s) you are interested in returning in the body of the email with one of the following return reasons:

·       Too small/ too Large

·       Item is not the same as displayed

·       Item is damaged/effective

·       Other

Please note all refunds for returns are made to the original form of payment.

Is there a fee for returns?

There is no restocking fee, however we do charge a return shipping fee of $8.95. This fee will only be charged once per return request, regardless of the number of items or brands involved in the return.

 

What if I need to return items from two different brands in one order?

No problem at all!  Since these are coming and going from two different places, we will send you two return shipping labels and each returned item will go back to their respective place of origin.  

 

Am I able to exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges currently. You may submit a return and re-order the product you are item(s) you are interested in purchasing.

 

When can I expect my order to ship?

All items are expected to ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the item’s description.

 

What if I’ve only received part of my order?

Our marketplace allows for discovery and purchasing from multiple brands across the platform. If you are ordering from multiple brands, parts of your order may be coming from various places. Don’t worry, they are on their way!

 

How do I cancel my order?

We do not currently offer order cancellations. If you no longer are interested in your order, you can request a return once you have received your order.

 

Can I make an exchange on sune?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Please submit a return and repurchase the new item you would like to have.

 

What iPhone versions are supported on sune?

Sune runs best on iPhones XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 14. If you have an older version of the iPhone, you will still be able to download sune, however, your in-app experience may be impacted.

 

What iPhone versions are supported on sune?

Sune is only available for iPhone users via the Apple App store at this time. Check back for updates in future as we expand our offering!
